Join the Team as an Order Picker at GXO in Tilburg!

At GXO Logistics in Tilburg, we’re looking for Order Pickers to keep our operations running smoothly. Every day, you’ll help process products by moving through the warehouse, picking items with a hand scanner, and ensuring everything is correctly registered for shipment. You will get training for 2–3 days to learn all details for orders picking process

This job is a great fit if you enjoy active, hands-on work and take pride in being both fast and accurate.


The warehouse is easily accessible by car from Breda, Oosterhout, 's Hertogenbosch and Etten-Leur.

Functie-eisen


  • You are physically fit and comfortable with active work walking through warehouse.

  • You can communicate in English at a minimum B1 level.

  • You have access to your own transport and accommodation.

  • You are able to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG). 

  • You can work from Monday to Saturday in different shifts Fulltime and Parttime. You choose between a morning shift or a two-shift system.

Morning shift: 06:15 – 15:00

Two-shift system: one week 06:15 – 15:00, second week 15:00 – 23:45

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Starting salary: €14.40 per hour

    Extra allowances: Evening hours: €18.00 per hour; Night hours: €19.44 per hour; Saturday: €21.60 per hour.


  • Travel allowance: €0.23 per km (up to €9.20 per day).
