What You Will Be Doing:
  • Managing the arrival and departure processes for all guests and other related tasks.
  • Providing information in an enthusiastic and friendly manner to guests in person, on the phone, online, etc.
  • Handling all administrative tasks.
  • Spreading smiles and good vibes to ensure all guests enjoy their stay.
  • Ensuring all telephone calls are answered quickly and efficiently.
  • Managing in-house guest accounts and ensuring the accuracy of guest billing.
