  • Gross hourly wage starting from €16.11, depending on your experience (applies from age 20 and up)
  • Salary paid every 4 weeks, resulting in 13 payments per year
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, starting from 20 kilometers per day

  • 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
  • 10% accrual of vacation hours and 5% year-end bonus
  • 26 vacation days per year based on a full-time contract, plus an extra day off on your birthday

Just steps from the beach and near the famous Circuit Zandvoort, NH Zandvoort is known for its warm hospitality and high service standards. To support our growing operations, we are looking for a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise housekeeping operations including guest rooms, public areas, and pantries..
  • Assist with room cleaning during low occupancy periods.
  • Perform opening and closing duties for the housekeeping department (training provided).
  • Learn and manage daily reports using hotel systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Support and guide the housekeeping team with daily tasks and planning.
  • Report any maintenance issues and follow up as needed.
  • Ensure proper use and control of cleaning materials and linen inventory.
Work Schedule:
  • Flexible 5 days per week (including weekends)
  • Shifts between 08:00–16:00, 09:00–17:00, or 10:00–18:00

Jij bent
  • Experienced in housekeeping.
  • High level of responsibility, independence, and attention to details.
  • Confident with computers; able to learn hotel systems and Excel.
  • Flexible during the week and available on weekends (a must).
  • Good communication in English
  • Live in Zandvoort or nearby.
