Manpower is looking for a Financial Accountant for an international organization based in Aalsmeer.
In this role, you will support the finance department by performing a wide range of accounting tasks with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Your responsibilities include:
Processing purchase, sales, and freight invoices in line with accounting standards
Monitoring and analyzing inventory accounts and costs to support operational efficiency
Preparing bank entries and maintaining audit-ready documentation
Handling employee travel and expense claims in line with internal policies
Reconciling intercompany and suspense accounts
Supporting month-end closing through journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
Maintaining sales reports and other Excel-based documents
Assisting with external audits by providing accurate, timely financial data
Collaborating with global finance colleagues and internal stakeholders
What’s in it for you

At least hbo work and thinking level
Minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Business Central and Blue10 is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
A good sense of humor and calmness under pressure
Experience in an international environment is preferred
