Wij bieden
  • Gross hourly wage starting from €16.11, depending on your work experience*
  • Salary paid every 4 weeks – meaning you receive 13 payments per year
  • Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometer, starting from 20 kilometers per day
  • 8% holiday allowance, paid out in May
  • 10% accrual of vacation hours and 5% year-end bonus
  • 26 vacation days based on a full-time contract, plus an extra day off on your birthday
  • 8-month employment contract with a 1-month probation period

Jouw baan
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you are responsible for leading, coaching, and monitoring the cleaning team. You ensure that all areas – offices, meeting rooms, and common spaces – are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently every evening. You are the on-site point of contact and oversee the quality of all cleaning work.

Your responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the cleaning team (aprox. a team of 18)
  • Coach team members on quality and efficiency
  • Inspect and ensure high standards of cleanliness
  • Train and onboard new staff
  • Report to the Housekeeping Manager
  • Act as the first point of contact for any questions or incidents
Work Schedule:
  • Monday till Friday
  • 16.00PM - 21.30PM

Jij bent
  • Proven experience as a supervisor/team leader in cleaning
  • Good command of English language
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and communicative
  • Strong eye for quality and organization
  • Available Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 21:30
  • Living in Amsterdam or nearby.
