Technician: Operator PCBA

What will you do?

As a Technical Operator (PCBA), you will be responsible for running and maintaining part of our automated production line. You’ll monitor performance, set up machines, and take action when needed to ensure everything runs smoothly. Depending on your experience, your tasks may also include manual assembly, soldering, and functional testing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and setting up machines
• Monitoring production flow and identifying issues
• Performing visual and manual quality inspections
• Cleaning and maintaining machines and workstations
• (If applicable) Assembling electronic components by hand
• (If applicable) Performing soldering tasks
• Conducting functional tests on finished products

Shift schedule (2 shifts):

What we’re looking for

• Technical background or experience as a machine/operator technician
• Comfortable working with automated systems and tools
• Accurate, quality-oriented, and proactive
• English communication skills (spoken and written)
• A team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment
