As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the efficient execution of production activities related to structural, pipefitting, or outfitting tasks. You will ensure that all required components and tools are readily available, while planning and designing each production step. In this role, you will also refine and modify production processes as necessary to ensure optimal workflow. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to high safety and quality standards throughout the production process.

Depending on your area of focus, you will offer technical guidance to production teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration within the team and across the organization. Your goal will be to enhance overall productivity, improve operational efficiency, and streamline production processes, ensuring smoother and faster operations.

Key Responsibilities:


 Providing clear and detailed work instructions and technical documentation.
 Managing the Material Take-Off (MTO) process and ensuring accuracy.
 Preparing production drawings and specifications, particularly for outsourced work.
 Overseeing raw material procurement and ensuring quality checks are met.
 Continuously monitoring and improving production workflows.
 Identifying areas for improvement and presenting solutions to management.
 Working within established deadlines, budget constraints, and quality parameters.
Functie-eisen
 A minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing, ideally in the production of large-scale offshore or industrial projects.
 A Level 4 vocational qualification (MBO-4) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
 A comprehensive understanding of all production phases, along with experience using software like SAP, 3DX, Teamcenter, and Cadmatic/Inventor.
 Proficiency in both Dutch and English, with strong communication skills.
 Solid references, as a standard pre-employment security screening will be conducted.


Additional Requirements:


 A valid EU citizenship and passport are required for this role. Unfortunately, candidates with only an EU work visa or a dual EU/non-EU nationality will not be considered, as the nature of the projects requires full compliance with military regulations.
