Support the PM and Project steer group on the following items:

Assisting in the permitting process:


 work closely with the external consultant, informing stakeholders
 Participating and coordinating in the hiring process of new staff
 Assistance in expediting permit deliverables


PPA (Power Purchase Agreements):


 Assisting on the PPA strategy & power-profile together with specialist consultant
 Supporting the sourcing strategy, collecting various bids, listing for bid comparison
 Supporting relationships with wind park developers and commercials of vendors


Site contracts:


 Support the commercial and legal development of the concession with Port of Antwerp
 Support the commercial and legal development of suite of contracts (5) on land fees, tank storage and methanol handling


Integrated schedule:


 Support the development and updates of the integrated workstream schedule towards FID: maintain

and update timelines through interaction with the project team/all workstreams

Office management:


 Hands-on office management support, coordinating tasks & admin of the Antwerp office
Functie-eisen
 Engineering degree with first professional experience
 Preferrable a local person living in Antwerp area
 Energetic, hands-on, and self-starting individual
 Eager to learn the aspects of the job description below
 Professional fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
