We offer

  • A gross hourly wage starting at €17.48, depending on your work experience*

  • Salary payment every 4 weeks, resulting in 13 payments per year

  • 8% holiday allowance, paid in May

  • 10% accrual of vacation hours and a 5% year-end bonus

Your job

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the cleaning teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficient team coordination. You will work closely with cleaners from various nationalities and play a key role in organizing, motivating, and supporting your team.



Key Responsibilities


  • Create and manage work schedules across multiple office sites

  • Monitor cleaning quality and ensure service standards are met

  • Order and manage inventory of cleaning products and materials

  • Motivate and guide cleaning staff, fostering a positive team environment

  • Register and report working hours and attendance accurately

  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders


Work Schedule


  • Monday till Friday

  • Avaliable on different shifts between 7am and 21pm

You are


  • Experienced in facility services, preferably in a leadership role

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Flexible to work in shifts between 07:00 and 21:00, Monday to Friday

  • Able to travel between different locations in Amsterdam (NS Business Card provided)

  • In possession of a VOG (Certificate of Conduct), or willing to apply for one — we will cover the cost

  • Confident in working with multicultural teams

  • Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a pré)

  • Live in Amsterdam or nearby
