Wij bieden

  • Gross hourly wage from €16.01, depending on your work experience*

  • Salary paid every 4 weeks, meaning a total of 13 payments per year

  • Travel allowance from 20 kilometers per day at €0.14 per kilometer

  • 8% holiday allowance, paid in May

  • 10% accumulation of holiday hours and 5% year-end bonus

  • 26 vacation days for a full-time contract and an extra day off on your birthday

  • 8-month employment contract with a one-month probation period and the prospect of a permanent contract

Jouw baan

As a key member of the housekeeping department, you will ensure that our rooms meet the highest cleanliness standards, creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.



Your Responsibilities:


  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of around 15 Room Attendants per day

  • Perform quality checks to ensure rooms meet 5-star luxury standards

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure tasks are completed on time

  • Report technical and maintenance issues to the appropriate department

  • Assist with room cleaning when needed to support the team

  • Ensure housekeeping staff have the necessary tools and supplies for their work

  • Work closely with other hotel departments to maintain smooth daily operations


Work schedule:


  • 33-38 hours per week

  • 5 days avaliable including at least 2 weekends per month

  • Shifts:

    Opening: 7am till aprox. 15/16pm

    Closing: 10am till aprox 18pm

Jij bent


  • A strong leader who enjoys coaching and motivating a team

  • Experienced in housekeeping and quality control, ideally in a luxury hotel environment

  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach

  • Flexible, willing to work early and late shifts, and at least 2 weekends per month

  • Lives in Amsterdam or nearby

  • No Dutch required – English is enough!
