Your role in the journey As Breakfast Attendant, you’ll be the face of our morning service. You’ll welcome guests with a smile, prepare the mise-en-place, and ensure the Wintergarden is always pristine — whether for breakfast or special events. Your responsibilities include:
Preparing and presenting the breakfast buffet according to Anantara standards.
Welcoming guests and creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere.
Keeping the Wintergarden clean and organized.
Supporting lunch service, events or room service when needed.
What you’ll bring
Experience in a restaurant or hotel setting.
Motivation to ensure every guest starts their day well.
A friendly, open attitude and attention to detail.
Ability to stay calm in busy situations and a hands-on mentality.
Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
