Reporting to a senior Asset Manager, you will support the management of the commercial portfolios composed of office, retail, hotels, industrial, health and logistics assets located in the Netherlands, Italy, Germany, the Baltics, Belgium and Canada. The role will be very diverse and dynamic and you will be exposed to different sides of the business. You will be able to grow into the job and expand your responsibilities. Your main activities and tasks will consist specifically on:
- Ensure the follow-up of the tenants, their needs and their demands in order to maintain a long-lasting and high quality relationship;
- Monitoring and anticipating on critical events, i.e. acquisitions, rent commencements, expirations, renewals;
- Financial modeling of subjected business plans to define several scenarios applied to a building or a portfolio;
- Setting up and coordinating marketing mandates including negotiating new leases and renewals with tenants;
- Participating and coordinating divestment of assets;
- Oversee and coordinate in-country Property Managers, Lawyers, Technical Advisors and other third party collaborators;
- Keep up to date real estate data and analysis of real estate performance and indicators (vacancy rate, rent collection rate, rent trends, lease expiry, etc.);
- Creation and monitoring of business plans, budgets, forecasts;
- Participation in appraisal campaigns Integration and management of assets following acquisitions by the Investment Department;
- Technical and regulatory management of buildings;
- Visit properties to meet with tenants and inspect the properties conditions to follow up with contractors on the CAPEX and maintenance plans;
- Representation of the owner at general meetings and with co-owners.
