Join us as our Customer Service Team Lead, where you'll lead our Customer Service department. As our Customer Service Team Lead, you will manage our international parcel delivery service. You'll address our B2B clients' questions and supervise our external parcel carriers. Your goal? Constantly improving our business processes. This role is full-time, with one day hybrid and the rest in the office.


Living in the area of  Venlo - Limburg is required. Only applications from candidates residing in the Limburg / Eindhoven region will be considered. 


What you'll do:



  • Deal with client and carrier inquiries in the parcel shipping environment.

  • Monitor and manage carriers using performance analysis and KPIs, ensuring continuous service improvement.

  • Lead a small team of Support & Administration Specialists.

  • Oversee critical performance and risk processes.

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Warehousing, and Transport Management.

  • Manage settings and data administration in our Transport Management System (TMS).

  • Verify carrier invoices and issue client invoices.

  • Support the implementation process of carriers and clients.

  • Lead a diverse team in terms of age, gender, nationality, and experience, with 3-4 team members under your guidance.

We're looking for someone who:



  • Has experience in B2B with the transportation industry or transport-related logistics department, ideally with parcel carriers.

  • Is fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch or German being a plus.

  • Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.

  • Is ambitious, driven, and open to new challenges.

  • Is willing to work four days a week in our clients office in Venlo.
