Are you looking for a role in which you can combine your knowledge of logistics and transport? Then the role of Contract Manager is for you! WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS CONTRACT MANAGER?As a Contract Manager you are responsible for the financial, operational and commercial policy of the contract with one healthcare customer within our healthcare site in Venray. The purpose of your position is on the one hand to keep your entire scope running and on the other hand to tailor it to the customer's wishes. You are ultimately responsible for your account and you continuously work with a team of passionate professionals to optimize logistics processes and services. You go through the motions to expand the contract and take it to the next level. With your analytical skills you will formulate strategic goals and translate them towards the customer. You:
  • Directly manages the operations manager (manages two warehouse supervisors) and office supervisor;
  • Provides input to the Site Manager regarding contract policy, improvements and the budget with associated requests;
  • Reports the progress of work to the customer and the internal organization. You have periodic operational and commercial consultations with the customer. You discuss reports, wishes and bottlenecks and make improvement proposals;
  • Analyzes results and investigates deviations;
  • Makes a constructive contribution to the growth and development of the account;
  • Are part of the Site Management Team.
 WHAT DOES THIS ROLE MATCH WITH YOU? Do you recognize yourself in the following characteristics:
  • HBO/WO working and thinking level;
  • Extensive, relevant experience in a similar role in logistics;
  • Experience with healthcare is an advantage;
  • Managerial experience;
  • Commercial skills, experience with financial reporting;
  • Social and communication skills;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?You will work at one of our locations in Venray, where we have an entire campus! Our site is a healthcare site, quality is our top priority. Here you become part of the management team, consisting of fellow Contract Manager, Operations Managers, HR & Finance. You also have contact with the Operational Excellence and Facility departments.
