Job Description

The Operations Allocations Coordinator is the link between our Trade department and the Operation Coordinators. You are responsible for the optimal match between purchasing and sales contracts, based on product categories. You make the optimal decisions on stock management in warehouses. Providing all necessary reporting to better control trade and operations is part of your daily job.

Tasks and responsibilities:


  • Creates and Manages the overall planning in the supply chain;
  • Pro-active planning ahead and early warning on contract level;
  •  Ensures correct and on time allocation;
  • Understanding customer and supplier requirements;
  • Managing order meeting and control of action on trade and operations department;
  • Management reporting, status overviews and controls;
  • Stock decisions in cooperation with position holder;
  • Managing inventory ageing and shelf life in cooperation with position holder;
  •  Warehouse reconciliation.

Job Requirements
  • Has a BSC degree;
  • Has experience in supply chain planning and reporting (pre);
  • Has strongly developed problem solving skills;
  • Possesses the following competences: Teamwork, Effective Communication, Management and Responsibility, Leadership, Focused and Initiative, Customer focus, Relationship building, Analytical, Financial Awareness;
  • Has good knowledge of automated systems (Microsoft Office and - Dynamics and ERP-systems);
  • Is fluent in English and minimum 1 other language (advanced level).
