Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Power Suite Specialist for Boston Scientific in Kerkrade.
In this function your tasks are to:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Power Platform solutions.
Design and develop canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portals using Power Apps to create intuitive user interfaces and streamline business processes.
Create automated workflows using Power Automate to automate tasks, integrate systems, and optimize business processes.
Develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize data, derive insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft and third-party services, databases, and applications using connectors and APIs.
Customize and configure Power Platform components to align with specific business requirements, including entities, forms, views, and business rules.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Power Platform solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
Deploy Power Platform solutions to production environments and provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization.
Document technical designs, configurations, workflows, and data models to facilitate understanding, maintenance, and knowledge transfer.
Stay updated on new features, updates, best practices, and industry trends related to Power Platform
Project Objectives:
Carry out all tasks with a focus of delivering high-quality results within the specified timeframe
Evaluate and prioritize improvement opportunities based on their potential impacts, such as risk, customer satisfaction, error reduction, and system capabilities
Monitor, track, and report the progress and status of initiatives
Apply LEAN and User-centered design principles to enhance capabilities, processes, and tools
Facilitate the successful implementation of project recommendations
Analyze problem statements to determine necessary interventions and establish a performance baseline
Conduct limited research using regulatory websites, research tools, or industry resources
Assist in integrating new processes into the Digital space
Ensure that product submissions are reviewed and renewed as necessary
Apply acquired knowledge to business practices, communications, or procedures to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations
Gather and synthesize information in a meaningful manner.
Update the team's databases
Collaborate with key stakeholders in a cooperative manner
Stay informed about the status of pending items and guide them through the process

Functie-eisen
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, capabilities, and limitations
Familiarity with SharePoint (desirable)
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project Professional
Demonstrated skill in process analysis, modeling, and review.
Automation system/process experience
Experience in facilitating and supporting business change and influencing others across the organization to recognize the need for change
Proficiency in designing, preparing, and delivering facilitated workshops using a variety of tools and techniques
Possesses the ability and enthusiasm to develop skills in process and procedure improvement
Adopts a LEAN thinking mindset and maintains an attitude of continuous improvement
Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and focused on achieving results; able to work with limited guidance and direction
