Job Description

The Proposals & Contracts department plays a crucial role in the overall project development process. This multidisciplinary team is essential for both the commercial and technical aspects of the project. Their primary responsibility is to build a solid foundation for project execution. This department handles various tasks, including providing technical and commercial expertise and managing project administration.

 

We are currently seeking a Proposal Specialist for this department. You will work closely with sales managers and technical and commercial specialists with the goal of accurately informing and advising customers and securing contracts.

 

What are your responsibilities?

  • Support for the field sales team: You assist in securing new contracts by translating customer requests into appropriate proposals with the corresponding documents.
  • Acting as a substitute for the sales manager: You take over the tasks of the sales manager when they are absent, ensuring that sales activities continue smoothly.
  • Improving business processes and procedures: You actively contribute ideas for possible improvements and more efficient practices within the department. 


To be successful in this role, it's important that you have an eye for detail, do not shy away from deadlines, and possess strong communication skills. As a coordinator, organizer, and service provider, you are a crucial part of the sales team and are often the first point of contact within the organization.


Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

  • Minimum vocational education (MBO) level 4, preferably in a commercial field.
  • Technical affinity/background.
  • Accuracy and good social skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is required. Knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a plus.
  • Additionally, residing within a commutable distance of Oldenzaal (maximum 45 minutes) is necessary.

 

The provision of a certificate of good conduct (VOG) is part of the procedure. ROSEN Europe covers the costs of applying for a certificate on your behalf.
