YOUR ROLEAs a Team Coördinator, you coördinate the work on the work floor in the warehouse. You are clearly visible on the work floor, assertive, and have a hands-on mentality. Additionally,  you identify issues and keep an overview of the operations. You are familiar with logistic processes, which allows you to quickly adapt to your new role. You work in 2 shifts and report to the Teamleaer of the process you work in, with one of the warehouses at bol.com. (Veerweg). WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • You coordinate, guide, motivate and inspire your team of Operators and Flex workers;
  • You identify issues on the work floor and resolve them;
  • Furthermore, you prepare for an efficient execution of tasks within your sub-process;
  • You inform and, in collaboration with your Teamleader, implement process improvements;
  • You report the progress of tasks to your Teamleader.
 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • You have demonstrable work experience in a logistics working environment;
  • Decisiveness, organization, and empathy are characteristics that apply to you;
  • You are available full-time and flexible for deployment;
  • You master the Dutch or English language, both spoken and written;
  • Because public transport opportunities are limited to and from our warehouse, having you own transportation is mandatory;
  • You are available full-time and don't mind working in shifts.

  • You will receive a monthly salary between €2.422,20 and €3.313,30 and 8% holiday allowance (grading depending on you work experience and education level);
