At a unique location in one of Amsterdam's major hotel and event venues, you are faced with a new challenge. Ensuring optimal occupancy of our six hotels in the Netherlands and Germany. You will make sure that room rates are up-to-date and available on all the online channels. At Mövenpick we make moments, do you?

Be limitless
In this role you will assist the Revenue team to implement the revenue strategy for the six properties. You will work directly with the Cluster Revenue Manager and Regional Revenue Director, as well as in proximity with the reservations and sales teams of each property. There's no limit to your capabilities. In addition, you will:


  • implementing all control systems relating to room reservations – adhere to pre-set availability rate control and hotel selling strategy ensuring revenue maximization at any given time in relation to market trends;

  • making sure Reservations, Groups and M&E sales Agents/Managers are fully aware of pricing policies and any promotions;

  • completing the RMS (Revenue Management Systems) Yield Daily/Monthly checklists;

  • performing monthly backups and action all alerts as flagged;

  • confirming overbooking levels with Revenue Director on a daily basis;

  • implementing all Control Changes in CRS/IDEAS/EXTRANETS as instructed by the Revenue Director.

  • be assisting in the preparation of weekly rooms forecast;

  • be assisting in the preparation of the annual Budget;

  • preparing weekly revenue and Business Review Meetings;

  • making sure that all rates are loaded timorously and correctly and that packages have been correct set up.



This position is based in Amsterdam, and you will work directly under the Regional Director of Revenue. In this position, you will work Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.

Driving results is your full focus, finding creative ways to reach targets, effectively communicating results, and being part of a strong multinational team! You must have:


  • minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;

  • strong analytical and numerical skills

  • preferably knowledge of the Opera and PMS

  • fluent written and spoken knowledge of the English language, and preferably the Dutch language as well;

  • knowledge of following systems would be advantageous but not essential; IDeaS RMS/Pricing System, Synxis, RateGain, EzRMS, RevIQ.
