What will you do?
As a Production Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our bakery. Every day, you make sure our stroopwafels are made to perfection. Your tasks are varied and hands-on:
- Weighing and mixing ingredients to create the perfect dough.
- Cooking the stroop filling at just the right temperature.
- Setting up, operating and adjusting production machines.
- Solving small technical issues when needed.
- Checking the quality of dough, syrup and final products.
- Keeping your workstation clean and following hygiene and safety standards.
- You speak Dutch or English.
- You have your own transportation (the site is not accessible by public transport).
- You can handle physical work (lifting up to 25 kg).
- Experience in production, food manufacturing or hospitality is a plus, not a must.
- You’re reliable, eager to learn and have a hands-on mindset.
