Employment agency Manpower is looking for an Operational Excellence Trainer for an employer in Geleen.
As an Operational Excellence Trainer, you will provide onboarding and periodic (re)training for employees within Manufacturing, Production Support, and Quality Control. You ensure that everyone has the correct knowledge and skills to perform processes safely and efficiently. You coordinate training, monitor progress, and identify improvement points. Your tasks include:
Planning and conducting training according to training schedules
Reporting on the progress of training plans
Identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements
Organizing mock runs, unit operations, and equipment training
Supporting contractors and visitors entering GMP areas
Collaborating with the aseptic trainer to ensure optimal working practices
Supporting project-specific and general procedure training
Acting as a role model for GMP compliance
Ensuring employees are aware of current SOPs and batch records
