What will you be doing?



European Medicines Agency (EMA) is seeking a dynamic HR Officer to join their team. This role will be pivotal in managing their Traineeship Programme and enhancing their Employer Branding content.



Your responsibilities include:



Employer Branding:



  • Revise the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) of EMA.
  • Create personas for the careers website.
  • Develop content such as testimonials, infosheets, and animations.
  • Select media content (videos, pictures) relevant to personas.
  • Collaborate with service providers for commercial advertising.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and career events.



Talent Profile:



  • Design Talent Profiles for the Talent Development team.
  • Provide technical assistance in implementing Talent Profiles.



Reverse Mentoring:



  • Implement a reverse mentoring programme connecting trainees with senior colleagues.



You will begin on October 27th and continue until March 31st, 2026.


Job Requirements

Who are you?



As an HR Officer, you bring:



  • A completed university degree, ideally in Sociology, HR, Social Science, Law, Administration, or Psychology.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR, with a focus on Talent Management (Acquisition/Development).
  • Proven experience in creating engaging communications content.
  • Expertise in developing innovative HR concepts, programmes, and practices.
  • Proficiency in using and implementing modern HR tools.

Salary and Benefits

What we offer



  • A competitive salary, equal to function group FGIV, starting with 4.757,33 and a maximum of 6.890,74 euro gross per month, depending on your qualifications;
